Music Notes Academy employs degreed music teachers for voice & brass private lessons. These great music teachers are eager to teach music students and encourage the musical arts for students of all ages at our East Brunswick, NJ Academy.
Voice Private Lessons – Wednesdays – Lyric baritone Mr. Will is sought after for operatic, oratorio and recital performances throughout the US and Europe. On the operatic stage, Will made his debut with Princeton Pro Musica as the baritone soloist in Orff’s Carmina Burana. Out in New Jersey described Will as being “an excellent voice”. Will holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music and a Master of Music degree from Westminster Choir College. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Music degree at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, NJ.
Brass Private Lessons – Josh is a doctoral candidate at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where he recently received a Master of Music under the tutelage of Richard Deane. He previously received a Bachelor of Music at the University of Miami, where he studied with Richard Todd. Josh is a current semi-finalist for the New World Symphony, a former winner of the same orchestra’s Young Artist Concerto Competition, and a 2014 winner of the Jan and Beattie Wood Concerto Competition at the Brevard Music Center. Josh has participated in numerous music festivals including the Monteux School, Brevard Music Festival, Banff Brass and Drum Residency, and Marrowstone Music Festival. His other teachers include Alexander Kienle and, his father, Gary Schwartz.
