Private Music Lessons: New students can register for music lessons anytime throughout the school year or
summer months. Transfer students (students from other community schools, music education providers,
music stores or private music instructors) are encouraged to register for a trial lesson ($45) with the
Academy's Director for performance evaluation, assessment and proper instructor compatibility matching.
Music lessons occur weekly on the same day and time with an instructor in the student's home from

Music Notes Academy is gearing up for its 3rd Annual Spring Student recitals in Madison, New Jersey. Two recitals are being offered
due to increased student enrollment and student interest in performing. This year's student recitals promises to be an even more
special event, our Rock Bands - Rock Band I, Beginner and Rock Band II, Intermediate are performing!
New Certificate Program Coming September

Within the Academy's vision of offering quality music instruction combined with the convenience of the teacher traveling to the
student's home, Music Notes Academy will be offering its very own certificate program at the start of our new school year in
September. MNA's certificate program, Back Beat Certificate Program™ will offer percussion students a more challenging
percussion curriculum that further challenges excellence in percussion and musical study.

3rd Annual Spring Student Recitals, A Great Success!

Music Notes Academy students performed on Saturday, June 6, 2009 in
The Community House's newly renovated George Burrough's Auditorium
during our 3rd Annual Spring Student Recitals. Students ranging from
beginners through advanced graced the stage performing classical, jazz,
rock and popular repertoire as soloists.
Select students additionally performed duets with their teacher and our
Rock Band I, Beginner and Rock Band II, Intermediate bands performed
to an exciting and welcoming audience. Students received
acknowledgement in MNA's Academy Awards and students accepted their
performance awards and trophies.
